1. Order Processing
· Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

· If there are any delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
· Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
· Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing are beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
· We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
· Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
· We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or refused by customs authorities.
4. Shipping Restrictions
· We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions where carriers do not deliver.
· Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to legal or carrier limitations.
5. Order Tracking & Status
· Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
· You can track your order using the carrier’s tracking system.
· If you experience issues with tracking updates, please contact the carrier first before reaching out to our support team.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
· Repetition Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as ‘Delivered’ by the carrier.
· If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
· If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging for a resolution.
7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
· Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
· If you need to modify your shipping details, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
· Once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes to the address or delivery instructions.
8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
· If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will notify you.
· Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.
